Purchasing Details

Private Individuals & Businesses

• Private individuals and businesses may purchase from EdAlive by phone, fax, mail or ordering online.
• Non-school orders must be accompanied by payment at the time of placing the order.

Schools & Educational Institutions

• Schools and educational institutions may purchase by using any of the payment methods or by providing us with an official purchase order on school stationery (sent by fax or mail). EdAlive may call to confirm the validity of the order before processing.
• The goods together with any delivery charges will be invoiced to the school or educational institution in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• The school or educational institution will be responsible for any import duties or taxes.
• Payment for the account will be within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
• EdAlive reserve the right to refuse purchase orders on a case by case basis.
• 21 day on approval - Australian schools only

Pricing in Australian Dollars

• Prices on the EdAlive site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
• Equivalent pricing at approximate current exchange rates is displayed throughout the site where appropriate.
