EdAlive recommends the following delivery options. For further information, please contact us.
Australian Orders
- Cost to customer: $10.00 (AUD)
- Method: Australia Post
- Delivery Time: 5-7 days from receipt of your order
Rest of the World
- Cost to customer: $10.00 (AUD)
- Method: Air Mail
- Delivery Time: generally 12-14 days after receipt of order (however, may take from 5 days to 4 weeks)

Optional Courier Delivery (where available):
- Cost to customer: AUD $15
- Method: EMS International Courier Service
- Delivery Time: 4-7 days after receipt of the order
If you are using the EMS courier service, you must ensure your contact phone number is correct. This will allow the couriers to contact you if they have any difficulty delivering your package.
Import duties and taxes
