Credit Card

EdAlive accepts credit card payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express (AMEX).

Credit Card Security

EdAlive staff use careful, secure methods to process credit card payments. All credit card transactions are processed manually from the Australian office using a secure online link with Westpac bank (an Australian bank) and directly with AMEX.

Your Credit Card Statement

Your Credit Card statement will show the supplier as New Horizons. (New Horizons and EdAlive are trading names of Erinzan Pty Ltd ABN 29003829570)

International Orders (outside Australia)

The amount charged to your card will be the equivalent, in your currency, of the amount of your order in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the exchange rate used by your credit card company.

Cheque

Mail orders and school and educational institution purchase orders may be paid by cheque. We will accept cheques in Australian Dollars (AUD) drawn on an Australian bank.

Bank Cheque

Mail orders and school and educational institution purchase orders may be paid by bank cheque. We will accept bank cheques in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

International Money Order

Mail orders and school and educational institution purchase orders may be paid by International Money Order. We will accept International Money Orders in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

As above with credit cards, infomation collected and processed in regards to payment is confidential and used only for the purpose of payment. All customer details online are recorded by a secure server.
